New Century House
This is a new construction home designed by Giulietti Schouten & Weber Architects. During the design process, the homeowners contacted us to help infuse the interiors with a deeper layer of Mid-Century style. This home features two living rooms, and five and a half bathrooms, as well as a guest house with an additional full kitchen and bathroom. Working with the architecture and the homeowner’s vision, we designed the space with classically mid-century materials, such as poured-in-place terrazzo, stacked brick, and walnut, as well as mid-century lighting & hardware. Details such as the fifteen-foot high walnut screen and the brass inlay marble focal wall at the Main Bath add luxury, while the lacquer kitchen cabinets in the Client’s favorite color add a layer of playfulness and fun.
